3. BSc B.Ed. (BSc B.Ed.) Eligibility Criteria
The students who seek admission to 4 year's integrated BSc + B.Ed. course need to fulfil some of the eligibility criteria as the requirement for admission, which may vary as per different colleges. However, the basic eligibility criteria, which the student must fulfil in order to get admission to this dual degree course, are:
• The candidate must have passed the 12th level exam or any equivalent exam from a recognized board or school.
• The candidate must have opted for the main subjects as Physics and Mathematics in the 12th exam with one of the optional subjects among Chemistry/ biology/ biotechnology.
• The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for the reserved candidates) in the 12th or equivalent exam.
4. Admission Process
The process of admission for the BSc + B. Ed dual degree goes through two different factors: direct admission and admission through the entrance exam conducted by the university. Through direct admission, the candidate can take admission based on merit obtained by the candidate in 12th or an equivalent exam. On the other hand, some universities also conduct their own entrance exam to test the eligibility of the students.
