1. D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy) 


Diploma in Pharmacy is a short–term programme for aspirants who want to foray into the pharmaceutical business and pharmacy jobs. The course is ideal for students who seek short programmes in the pharmacy domain as B.Pharma and Pharma.D are long-term courses of up to 6 years. A diploma in pharmacy can also be pursued in order to understand the basics of the programme and pursue advanced courses in this field. 


The programme covers basic pharmacy education including the application of chemistry in the pharmaceutical industry, concepts of biochemistry, pharmacology and toxicology. The programme enables the students to learn about different chemical salts, their application and their uses in medicine. The programme holds good value in the pharmaceutical industry. D.Pharma. is an entry-level course that acts as a gateway for aspirants to pursue higher studies either from India or abroad.

Candidate must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent to be eligible for D.Pharma admissions.

A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10 + 2 level.
