M.Sc Hotel and Catering Management course aims at equipping the students with all the necessary knowledge and skills needed to run and maintain a hospitality-based business.
The course teaches students about catering which is cooking food. students are taught about how to cook good food and also covers topics like the presentation of food and serving etiquette, etc.
